boardwalk brides

so i work at the boardwalk doing private dining and there was a couple that got married on saturday that i brought up food. i was really excited about this and was just wondering what other brides are having their reception at the boardwalk and are staying there? if you get room service i might be the one bringing it up :-D

Hi there. We are getting married at the BW on Dec. 11th at 2 p.m. We are hopefully staying there from 12/7 - 12/11. We are staying at GF for our wedding night and then probably switching to POFQ for the rest of that week before we leave for Aruba. Anyway, you'll have to let me know what times you are working that week and I'll make sure to order something so we can meet.

I am getting married at the Boardwalk and we are staying there for a week before the wedding but that is not until next year...we are checking in June 15, 2007 and our wedding is Friday June 22,2007...maybe I will see you there.

We are not staying at the boardwalk but i am having my reception in the Marvin Gardens room on the 5th December!

I was wondering if any bride having thier reception at the boarswalk would like to share decor, food and theme ideas with me. It is so hard to decide on one thing their are so many nice ideas

We are doing a slight retro boardwalk theme. We will have little sandpails with taffy, hopefully a fudge bar and a few other things we are deciding on. During dinner i was going to have them play old swing and jazz music. We considered namimg our tables after vintage boardwalks and using old postcards but they are hard to come by. Another great idea I was hoping to do is have a charcaiture artist but I amn ot sure if it will fit in the budget....I guess I will find out soon as my planning session is in under a month! My color is many tones of pink with silver as an accent. i felt like it went well with the ballroom we are using. I am also using the vintage rolls royce. If i come up with anything else I will let you know.

that is all so fantastic . i love all of it. The theme is great. I heard of an idea where you rent a photo booth and you use it for your guest book i thought that this went with your theme.
