Boardwalk Bakery - ordering a child item ?

Meatball Sub and the Two Cheese Focaccia adult items would be good - but I am a picky eater.
Even the Turkey Club Sandwich - with lettuce, tomato, and bacon maple spread on a soft butter roll - as long as the bacon maple spread has no mayonnaise.

On the children's menu there is also
Macaroni and Cheese - served with Carrots and Applesauce - which is also fine for me- but no child with us.

Can I order a child entree instead of an adult entree, if I have no child with me ?

You can order a children’s meal at any quick service restaurant and nobody will even bat an eye

I've done that plenty of times. You can also ask them to hold the spread off the turkey club sandwich too.

I was always under the impression that the sandwiches at the Boardwalk Bakery were premade and could not be customized. Maybe I'm wrong?

That is the way it is, unless they've recently changed something. They also at least used to make a set number of each item for the day and when they were gone from the case no more would be available.
