Boardwalk 1BR Nov 26 to Dec 3 RENTED!

We have to cancel a reservation that we made at the Boardwalk for Nov 26 to Dec 3. The reservation is for a one BR. Our points have an April use year so the best option for us at this point is to rent them if we can. I am willing to rent at 8.50 a point and the reservation took 210 points. I am renting the reservation or the points but the points must be used by March 30, 2006 because they would be in a holding account. They are not transferrable. Let me know if I can be of any help.
