Does Boardwalk have the pull out sofa and pull down bed in the living room? Or just the sofa bed?

Just the sofa.

Boardwalk is 5 in the Studio, 4 in the 1BR.

Just the sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 + 1 under the age of 3 if staying on cash. You can have 5 plus the under-3 child if you are staying on points but you have to provide your own bedding in that case.

For 1 bedroom villas: BWV, BCV and BRV (old wilderness lodge villas) and CCV (New wilderness lodge villas). CCV will only allow 4 guests booked even on points. But these all have the basic sofa beds in the living room of a 1BR. You can book 5 (on points) in BWV, BCV and BRV but have to provide bed for the 5th. We used to bring airbed for our son and our twin girls would share the sofa bed.

These studios have flip down TV (murphy) bed for 5th.

These resorts have a bed for the 5th in the 1BR. They have sleeper chair or flip down TV (murphy) bed for the 5th.

OKW studios have 2 real beds (no sleeper sofa). BCV has some like that too....in the 2 BR dedicated.

I think some other studios have the flip murphy now instead of sleeper sofa...RR, SSR.

FYI - all BCV dedicated 2BR's have 2 beds in the second bedroom now just like all other dedicated DVC 2BR's. The BCV studios have always had the queen bed/sleeper sofa so they are not like OKW where both dedicated and lock-off have the 2 real beds in the 2nd bedroom.
