boarding number

i just finished doing my online check in for my september cruise. we have a 10-1030 arrival time for the port. i can't find the boarding group number. am i just missing it?

They let you check in for a SEPTEMBER cruise?

I too am shocked that you can check in so early for a September sailing. I sail Sept 8-11 and can't check in until June 10th. Lucky you!!

If memory serves me correct, you will get your boarding # when you check in at the terminal.

You get your boarding number when you turn in your paperwork at the port.

yes. I am silver. i will go gold with our cruise in 2012. my in laws, are platinum. let's just say i am waaaay jealous

Boarding number will be given to you at the port. The arrival time is....actually I have no flippin' idea what the purpose of that is!! We checked in last week and the arrival time thing is new for us too (never had it on our other DCL cruises) but we took 10:30 to 11:00 as that was the first available.

I'm very curious about this, too. We took the 12:00 arrival Because it was the earlier available but I plan to get there at 10!

I checked in just about 10 days before our 5/26 cruise on the Dream. (I was so busy, that I never got around to the online check in until then).

The only choice I had was a 2:30 PM port arrival time.

The shuttle from our pre-cruise hotel got us to the port at about 10:30, and no one from DCL even cared about our port arrival time. We received boarding number 9, which was fine with us.

We were on board the ship and eating lunch in Cabanas by about 12:30 (after a stop by guest services to inquire about availability of the ship board doctor since we thought our daughter had broken her toe the night before the cruise).

I posted about this last month (thread title -I am at the port now). No one looks at your arrival time. The computer will use it to assign you a boarding number though if you don't get your boarding number from the CM's at the beginning of the line (so besure to do that as the computer number assignment will be a higher boarding number). You will get your boarding number from Disney at the bus check-in at the resoer or airport (I beleive) if you are arriving through them via bus instead of at the port.

My arrival time was 10:30-11:00 and I got there at 9 something and had no problems- got boarding number 2 and was onboard by 12:30.
