Board Slowness

Why do the boards seem to slow down / freeze about every other minute? I continue to see a big percent of packet loss at the Disboards IP (64.225.125.24) and at the last hop prior (10.0.2.70).

It looks like the connection or board is shutting down for about a full minute and then coming back up for a full minute on a regular basis.

Do you have a cable modem Cap?

Yes, I have a cable modem. I don't get this type of slow down with other sites, including steaming audio / video.
