Board Rules?

Hi - I'm not sure if this is posted in the right place but I couldn't figure out any other place to put it.

I have a question about offering "give-aways" on the boards? I have purchased a few items on eBay in "lots" that contain more than I need. I would like to offer them for free to the helpful people on these boards. Is there some proceedure or rules that I need to follow? Could I raffle them off or something?

There is a DIS auctions (I think there is a link on the Budget Board up top in the sticky about Vouchers), you can either give them away there or what ever.
