I have finally done it. My BMI has gone from the Obese category to simply Overweight. I still have a while to go to hit the normal range but this is a GIANT step.

Congratulations, that was a wonderful feeling once I reached it too.

I would love to be out of the overweight catagory, but don't see that ever happening. I would have to lose another 10 pounds to do it and I have no plans to lose 10 more so I guess even though I am at WW lifetime I will continue to be "overweight" based on the BMI chart.

Another congratulations! I really felt wonderful, too, when I crossed over from "obese" to "overweight". Now, I'm wanting to get well away from that category. Good luck to you for accomplishing your goals.

:cheer2: :cool1: :cheer2: Good For YOU!!!

I am right behind you, I only have .3 till I am there...

Thanks guys. I have been checking and checking and today FINALLY it feel within the overweight, not obese category.
