BMG preshow

a while ago I asked how someone gets their name up on the scrolling sign during the pre-show. getting no answer & not contacting US we headed off to our 2nd concert attendence of the show.
to our astonishment,, my daughters name went scrolling across,,,,, (she ordered the group tix in her name)
seems like US takes names from when you order your tickets at random.
we couldn't think of any other way they got her name .
interesting.
we also noticed they used the same scenarios ( well similar) to the LAST show we saw,, just putting in different names!
now , they may take requests, but I have no idea how

When we went last month for our second time, my sons first, they asked me since it was his first time if they could use his name for the preshow and I said yes. He loved it when the audience was reading his name out loud!
