Hey

I'm trying to buy tickets for blue man group.
Going from the passholder page, there's a link leading to show and seat selections
The prices shown are the same as going through the regular ticket page, even though my AP ID and Pin show up in the URL.
Do you need to call to book with the 20% discount in advance or is there any other way ?

Also trying to decide on which seats to purchase.
It will be our first time and DW and I became concerned when watxhing videos as many spectators appear to be standing up during some segments. That's something we'd like to avoid and so we considered getting poncho zone (hoping to get sprayed too lol). Is it really worth it, or am I overthinking this ? (Cost is not a deal breaker)

If the issue has been adressed please point me to the relevant thread

TIA

We actually bought ours at the BMG ticket office at the parks once we got there. Our seats were about 4 rows from the front. In hindsight, further back would be just fine. The theatre really isn't that large.

i buy my bmg tickets for row 3, middle section.
never had an issue with the ponchos they give you of any icky mess

really, nothing wet hit us in that section.

thanks

one more thing
I've just realised that there's something weird with my passholder login.

My AP is activated (has been used at the parks), it's valid, and registered on the UO website (my account)

when I try to get to the passholder page (passholder login https://www.universalorlando.com/Theme-Park-Tickets/Annual-Passes/Annual-Passholders-Login.aspx ) when I enter my pass ID, I noticed I can also enter any PIN ID (including the real one of course) and it always gets me to the same page without any error message when I enter an incorrect PIN ID
but even when I enter everything correctly I can't access any offer, only the terms and conditions

Is there something wrong ? Am I doing something wrong ?
can you tell me if I'm supposed to see another page(or anything different on that page) when I login in (passholder login) ?
I found a thread from 2009 on this board where people had the same issue, but you'd thought it would have been fixed, right ?

I still have that issue when I try to sign in the AP site

So I call the AP phone number to get into the site

But you are not locale or in the states so I know that is not an option for you

When I called last in feb I was told to reverse the numbers it required
Put them in the opposite spot/ reverse them

My AP is from 2002 and that is why I was told I have issues with signing in
My number combinations are what goes wrong with their system
AP numbers at one time were less than when they changed the system to more numbers on my AP
Send them an email and ask for info on why you can't reach them on the AP site

From their website (toll free number) Call 1-866-PASS-4-FUN

That's the one I called, and they were able to check on my pass & dates.

Not a problem. My phone plan gives me free unlimited calls to US numbers (mobile and landline)
I'll call them on monday
But I'll try the reverse trick first ;)

Thanks
