BMG and CD Trouble ticket

I did the BMG music club and it didn't credit. Filed a trouble ticket (at the beginning of this past week) and just wondering how long it should take to credit. I am really looking to that credit before the end of the month to get me over the $75 mark for a Disney GC before my July trip.

I am not doing any more big paying offers from them, because I have been having trouble crediting, and don't want to waste the offers...I am getting discouraged. Just wondering how long the TT usually take there.

I have had trouble tickets in since the end of april/may 1 and still haven't gotten credit yet.

I have had three out since May 7th, I e-mailed Kira this weekend about when I could expect to see the credits and she said typically within 4-6 weeks...that is IF the company responds...I am not a happy camper right now because I have over $150 in BIG payout offers that have not credited!!

I've got about $100 in outstanding credits right now. Most are from the past few days. It is frustrating but Kira has been really good about resolving the few issues I have had

FYI...I did the BMG offer, took like 4 days to get a confirmation from BMG of my membership, but I once I had that and submitted it to CD I had credit within about an hour or two.

That's great yours finally went through. Mine still hasn't. It's been about 6 weeks now. I guess I'll wait another week or so and start bugging Kira again.

I went ahead and emailed Kira since it's been so long. She responded immediately which was very nice. And she took care of the credit for me. So I have $32 more in my account. I'm glad to get that taken care of... now I can cash out later today.
