We dined there twice in April. 1st time I made ds(13) wear khakis and a polo shirt. 2nd time, dress shorts and a polo shirt. We literally saw folks dressed in everything. Everyone was welcomed and everyone was served. Yes, it is a very high end place, but no, I do not think they are sticky about dress code. We had the same server twice and he was most knowledgeable but also very, very mellow and laid back. This is a nice place but in the middle of a family resort so I think, like California Grill, etc, they are accustomed to seeing most anything.
