bluezoo Cantonese Lobster?

All goes to plan, we are returning to WDW in October and hoped to return to bluezoo for our Anniversary dinner. I know that it had been closed for a while due to COVID, but recently re-opened. While checking the online menu just now, it looks like their AMAZING Cantonese Lobster is not on it anymore. Hoping that this is a temporary thing for the restart and it will be back later in the year. Feasible?

BlueZoo chefs march to the beat of a different drummer. Its entirely possible that the lobster will come back. Its also possible that you'll see a variation of it. Or, they will just loose interest and begin making something totally different.
