bluebeards or blackbeard's castle which one, what about Fort Christian?

The teacher would LOVE a photo of either bluebeard's or blackbeard's castle in St. Thomas, which one is closest to downtown (gotta get my shopping in) are they in walking distance or do you need to take a cab? From what I saw they were not much, just a tower, but if that is what he wants that is what he will get
Edited to add...what about Fort Christian? That is right near the shopping district. From what I read it was used to protect the island from pirates..anyone been there?
