Hi all! I am an occasional poster and just returned from 5 days at WDW. I just wanted to let you all know about a gem resort located in Lake Buena Vista - Blue Tree Resort.
We were traveling with 3 kids and 3 adults and we were on a budget. Blue Tree gives a full-sized, 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa for only $105.00 per night! That includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. Plus a screened patio with furniture!
There are 4 pools and every day they have children's activities, some for a nominal fee ($1 - $2). There are tennis courts and shuffle board. There is a security at the entrance and security on carts all throughout the resort. The grounds are well-kept.
The resort is located just 2 lights north of the entrance to Downtown Disney (Hotel Plaza Blvd.) and is right next door to a brand new grocery store, Winn Dixie, with "normal" prices on everything!
Our family will certainly be returning! If you and your family want plenty of room at a very reasonable price, try this resort!
