Does anyone know if there are taxis available after the Blue Man Group show or should we book one in advance.

There are always taxis available. When you make your way out of the venue you will walk back through the City Walk area to the main hub area where the parking garages meet and you'll see the Taxi area. A quick ride down the escalator and you're there. They have them lined up.
