Blue Man Group Discounts?

We want to take our kids to BMG show during our trip, but the prices are so expensive! I found a discount code online, but there's no spot to use it when booking tix on their website. Do they not let you use them? Not sure if the code will work, but would like to try to bring the price down.
Any suggestions? Do I need to call to use a code?

I would call them. When my parents bought us tix for BMG, it took an act of Congress for the person behind the glass to figure out how to put us in the system to select our seats.
