Blue Main Entrance Pass

My daughter just returned as a College Alumni. We are planning on visiting her next month. She asked for a new Blue Main Entrance Pass for this term but as yet to receive it. Is there a way we can check her original Blue Main Entrance Pass to see if it was reactivated for this term? Also would like to know what time check-in is at the resorts?

She should receive the Main Entrance pass 2 weeks after her first shift. If she doesn't receive it she can contact the Cast Admissions team through the complimentary admissions tab on the hub.

I think check-in is 3 p.m.?
