Blue Laws

Puritanical Massachusetts still has some blue laws. Most stores don't open til 12 noon and only stay open til 6. Also, only recently were liquor stores allowed open on Sunday, only from 12-6.

None of the liquor stores near us are open and a local store that has groceries and liquor locks up the liquor.I was told only the liquor stores near NH border can be open because the state was losing revenue to people going over the border.

yep, no chance to trade that older model in for a new car on Sunday around here.............
