blue Lagoon

I hope this is not too redundant. I have been to Nassau twice,but not on DCL. I want to go to a great beach, do you all think Blue Lagoon is a good beach or is there a better one to go to? Does anyone have a website that I could see pictures of it? How is the stingray swim, is it worth it? Also, can a 20 month old go to on the Beach excursion? I am new to these boards and they are fabulous!

We took the Blue Lagoon trip two weeks ago.

The beach wasn't castaway cay but there was both an ocean side to the island where they had snorkling and a lagoon side which was nice as a family beach.

We took my 16 month old nephew with us.
My nephew loved sitting in the hammocks and walking in the sand and water. The lagoon was very gentle.
I believe a 20 month old would be allowed on the excursion for free.

We did not see the stingray area but I saw a sign on the path (which was covered over by sand ie hurricane damage) that pointed down the island.

We used disposable waterproof cameras that day. I'll try to get pix developed and post a couple by this weekend.
