Is this beach tour a good one with kids. Just reading the discription and was a little concerned when they describe it for the free spirited. Sounds like it would be beautiful waters but don't want a real party boat like a Jolly Roger type. I wouldn't mind but my 4 year old granddaughter might.pirate:

We have done the Stingray excursion(different cruise line) and the beach day(DCL) at Blue Lagoon. We love it here for our kids because it is less crowded and touristy than Nassau(although we didn't see much of Nassau). There are private little lagoons everywhere and a nice beach. I didn't think it was wild at all. They have rum punch and reg punch on the boat and they play music and have a dance floor but it is party type music my girls loved like "who let the Dogs out", etc. I think most if not all their boats have 2 levels so you could go to the top level to get away from action if you want. I feel much safer taking my kids to blue lagoon than to Nassau itself.

We went to Blue Lagoon when my kids were 5 and 7. They enjoyed the beach and we also did the stingray excursion. Lunch was good but not great. We didn't experience any crowds.
