Blue Lagoon excursion questions???

Are there food option on the blue lagoon excursion? What about alcohol? What time do you get back from this excursion?

There was a bar on the island that I'm pretty certain was a full bar. As for food, there were some snack items and canned beverages at the bar but they had only one place for your lunch. The cruise people had a few choices. Nothing to rave about but sufficed when you were hungry.

We did the dolphin encounter and could come back on a 2PM or 4PM ferry. It takes about 40 minutes and stopped near Atlantis and near the straw market.
As for food...it was a lot like cookies bbq at Castaway Cay...They gave us a ticket at the start of the excursion to later redeem at lunch for our meal. I had the ribs, and I think my husband had chicken. They had a couple side items (corn on cob, potato chips, etc). Our only drink choice included in the ticket was fruit punch. It certainly wasn't the best food we had on the cruise, but was decent.
This excursion is well worth every penny.
