I think this just opened Aug 1 or so.

We stayed there two nights Saturday/ Sunday and I dont think anyone else was there--maybe 10 cars in garage. Just minutes from Disney. They are building 4 towers and just one is done right now. Great pool in the back over looking Lake Bryant. This is on 535 right off I4. On the upper levels you can see the whole Disney property.

We paid $99 per night plus taxes for a 1 br suite with 2 full bathrooms--yes 2 bathrooms. It had a seperate master suite. Bunk beds in a wall which boys loved. And a fold out sofa for antother 2 or so. Beautiful decorated in the kind of Tommy Bahama--vibe.

Anyone check it out

Is this the place that's adjacent to the outlet stores on 535?

It is across from Vistana if I am not mistaken. By the way is it a suite with full kitchen like a condo or is it a hotel with just extra amenities? Might you have pictures we could see?

Actually I believe the Blue Heron is on International Dr, near the Villages. The condo by the Outlets on 535 is the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa.

Ill includes some pics I took while there. It is right off I4 on 535--you take the left turn--a right would be going in direction to the WDW gate into Downtown Disney.

It is right past Holiday Inn SunSpree on the left hand side. You can see tower I and the crane building tower II.

We paid $99 plus taxes for a 1 BR with full kitchen and has a balcony over looking pool and lake. Great location--minutes from Disney or at least downtown disney.

Id say luxury place: granite/ ceramic tile/ very nicely decorated.

Great free forming pool.

Great views of fireworks in back of Universal's fireworks and in front Disney.

Parts of the picture worked. I was just wondering if you had a kitchen etc or if they are just suite hotels with a microfridge.

Yes, full kitchen with granite counter tops. Publix just around the corner. Also one of those strip-mall grocery stores but we didnt check it out--sometime little more than a 7-11
