Blue Guest Relations Umbrella

Are there blue guest relations umbrella around Magic Kingdom? I was there a couple days ago but never saw any. Or at least didn’t notice them even though I was keeping an eye out for them.

I know where they are in the other parks, but Magic Kingdom

MK was the one park where we didn’t see blue Guest Services umbrellas when we were there in June.
That doesn’t mean they weren’t there, just that we didn’t see them. There were a lot of thunderstorms during our trip - it’s very possible the umbrellas are taken down and CMs move under cover during thunderstorms

I specifically asked at MK and was told that currently the other parks have them, but not MK. We were there 8 days and, indeed, never saw any at MK but saw several at the other parks.

When I was there in March, they were walking around. I did not see any umbrellas.

Can anyone tell me (approximately) where they are at the other 3 parks? Trying to figure out when it makes sense to go there instead of the ride for a return time.

As of December:

EPCOT:
-one by Test Track/Mission Space
-one across from The Ses
(none in World Showcase)

DHS:
-one across from Star Tours, next to that set of restrooms
I honestly don't remember seeing any others there.

I don't believe they use them at AK, either.

Last month, in HS, at the split off of Hollywood Blvd that leads to Star Tours (up by the "lake", not the first split) we found an umbrella and got a return time.

The Blue Umbrellas I use most often are one in DAK just past the Otter Grotto, and one in DHS down near Muppets, just past the Tap House.

I sure hope they keep the 'blue umbrellas'/Guest Information locations... because I suspect that a lot of guests will be looking for information and assistance if/when there are hiccups with the new system.

I do hope it works out well for those of us who depend on DAS to be able to use the app to easily obtain return times. It will be nice (in MK especially) to not have to navigate through crowds to get to individual attractions in order to schedule a return time. But I am a little bit anxious regarding what is going to happen relative to DAS return times & access lanes once Genie+ launches. I know in the past that the FP queues also experienced lengthy wait times on occasion, due to attractions having gone down at some point during the day.

Keep in mind that since DAS Return Times don’t expire, you do have the option to wait for the line to go down. We‘ve done that multiple times.
We have also sometimes seen a line that looks like it will be a really long wait, but it turned out to be much shorter than it looked like.
