blue (glow tini)

is this cocktail nice? im worried that it might stain my tongue/lips blue!.. any experiences?:woohoo:

The Glow-Tini is absolutely the BEST cocktail I've had at WDW and other places (including Las Vegas). I had it at the Coral Reef so when it came out in the blue glass with a blue glow cube in it, I hoped it looked as good as it tasted. It's on the fruity side and doesn't have a harsh taste at all. My DSis and I enjoyed our so much (and we had fun changing the strobe settings on the glow cube) that the folks next to us ordered the same drinks. We were all quite happy.

I'm thinking about trying one of these on my next trip. I want a glow cube, LOL.

I had one last year on my birthday at the Sci Fi. Since we were there for lunch and only DS was the only one eating, the waiter sang to me with my glow cube like it was a candle- it was hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was an OK cocktail, didn't pack much punch (which I thought it would have since I was on an empty stomach :confused3 )

I had one at the Rose and Crown. I posted a picture of it on the most recent R&C thread. It did not stain my tongue. I felt "nice" afterwards. I don't usually drink alchohol.

Our DD got one while dining with us at the R&C last May. She loved the glow cube, but would agree that it's not like a real martini when it came to the alcohol content. ;) We got to observe the drink from afar for about 10 minutes while it sat at the bar waiting for our server to deliver it :(

I'll stick with the Bass ale or Guinness myself. :drinking1

I had one this past June...it was wonderful :D

Had one at the R&C last year and was not impressed...would not order again.

I couldn't agree more!! Usually a martini makes feel VERY NICE, but this one was no different than driniking kool-aid...

Just found the recipe and plan on making one tonight to surprise my husband. He was jealous of mine on our last trip. :)
