I've never been, but if you have and you had a choice between going for lunch or dinner (cost is irrelevant) which would you choose and why?

I'm trying to decide...

TIA!

I like going for lunch best because the difference between the day time outside and the "night time" inside is the greatest at that time. It is just so neat to walk a few feet and be in the peaceful evening. :)

I would prefer dinner as I don't like to eat a big meal in the middle of the day and then walk around and go on rides, but we are going for lunch on our next trip because we're doing the Halloween tour that starts at 5:15 and is three hours long...... So lunch at Blue Bayou it is!!

We're doing lunch this time for 2 reasons: one, first seating is at 11:30, and I'm going to try to get there at 11:15 and request waterside seating. 2. I'm going to try the Monte Crisco (damn the trans fats and full speed ahead) and it's no longer available on the dinner menu.

By the way, did you know it's International "Talk Like a Pirate" Day? ARrrgggghhh! pirate:

I'd do lunch also, and try to book the first seating so I could hopefully have a waterfront table.

Exactly what I'm doing!

I love the Monte Cristo and I love the BB. It's an easy choice for me! Also, my girls are young and the experience is much nicer when it's still fairly early in the day.

You must have been listening to the same local radio station as I was this afternoon....however, I thought I heard it was tomorrow??

As to the original question...I think I would choose dinner because I also do not like to eat a big meal mid day

One of my students told me Talk like a pirate day was today. :)

I like eating a bigger meal at noon rather than evening. More time to work it all off before bedtime. However, I'd find some nice sit down shows or slow rides afterwards.
