This thread has made me so excited.

DH and I wanted to dine at the BB on our honeymoon only to find that it was CLOSED along with pirates for refurbishment.

Money is tight this time, but I"m gonna figure out a way to do it, dangit! Even WITH the kids.

Ok I'll admit I missed a page so if this has been discussed, sorry...

What did everyone's kids like or dislike? Mine aren't horribly picky, but I'd rather not get a crappy sandwich if the mac n cheese is better ya know?

What a bummer! that BB and Pirates was closed at the time of your honeymoon. Well that just means that you will be able to enjoy it even more when you do dine at BB and visit the pirates.
O.K. now with saving money, at BB, definitely request the split plate order, it is my understanding that it is $4.00 lunch and $4.99 for dinner. and that the serving portions (split is made in the kitchen) are generous, for each person, and that if you see a second empty plate coming to you, that is incorrect, the split is suppose to be done in the kitchen, and each person also receives their own salad, as well. I believe there is something else served per person as well, but it went clean out of my head, at the moment! (omg) when I find that info. I will post it,anyway, that is something to consider.
I have read reviews on this site, about the mac n cheese for the children, and that it is not something that you may want to order, for the cheese is apparently a very bright orange, that cannot be too good.

Each person is served their own soup or salad. And if you only get one roll for each person, like my friend and I were served, make sure to ask, if roll rationing is in affect today? I still cannot believe that!
