How hard is it, usually, to get reservations? I tried this morning to get a table for May 15th (60 days away today) and the entire first 2 hours were already full, and everything else was spotty. In fact the reservations were going so fast I had to call in to make them.

Has anyone else had this experience?

What is the size of your party? I just checked for a party of 4 on May 15th and several time options came up (4:20, 4:30, 4:40, 4:50, 5:00, 5:30, 5:50, 6:10, 6:30, 6:50, 7:10, etc.).

I tried again, but the website wont let it go through, and when I called in earlier they only allowed me 6, 6:30 or 6:50

I also just tried online and got many available times beginning at 4:20.

Did you ask for other times, when I called for an April date they gave me three times also, then I asked for 5:30 and they were able to get the time I wanted.

Yes, I specifically asked if the times I wanted were available when I called in, they said no

HURRAY!! I called again tonight and was able to get it switched to 4:20!

To be very honest, my guess is the Disneyland Dining system is having issues. It's not uncommon for newly released dates to have some quirks, so my guess is that is what is happening now. If you wait a few days to a week and then try again more options might show up.

It is definitely having problems! I tried to book this package online last week and had all sorts of issues. It would find times in our range and then I would click on the time and it would kick me out to the front page. Then I would try again and it would come up with a different time 10 minutes later. It did that 4 times in a row.

I eventually called and they were able to get us a time at 6:30 (which we wanted because we want to see the second show). It was frustrating!

I have only used the on line dining system once so far. Didn't have any problems with it. All the same however, I prefer to make a reservation with an actual person.

Tried to book online today for May 15 @ BB...using chrome, Safari, iPad, work computer, home computer...needless to say, I gave up & called, and got my first choice.

What's weird is that it seemed like the glitch was only with BB. I tried to book other meals at other restaurants on the same day with no problem.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I needed a reservation for 6 people so it was a little difficult. I kept getting errors trying to do it online so I finally called. All they had available was 8:40 so I reluctantly booked it. I tried back later and was able to get 4:40 which is a little early, but much better than 8:40!

I had this exact problem last week, but only with the Fantasmic package. I could make a Blue Bayou reservation, but not one for Fantasmic. All my other reservations, including one for Carthay Circle and WOC went through fine.
