Blue Bayou desserts

I can't find a menu that list the desserts offered at Blue Bayou except for on the dinning pkg. I'm trying to decide if we want to get a regular reservation or a pkg one. Do they offer the 8 layer cake on the regular menu?

There really isn't a regular dessert menu. It may be seasonal and change at anytime without notice, like refurbs. Usually creme brulee is offered and chocolate cake. I don't recall the 8 layer cake being offered. That's not to say that it isn't now.
You may call Disney Dining to ask about their current dessert offering .

I'm not sure what desserts they have right now, but the dining package has the same selections as the regular menu. So the only difference between the two would be the parade and prices.

We always get the creme brûlée at BB for dessert

I've been to BB twice in the past year (Star Wars Marathon weekend both times) and done the dining package. Both times, there were three options: a creme brûlée, a variety of chocolate cake, and some type of fruit pie/crustada.

In January, it was Meyer lemon creme brûlée with fresh blueberries and blueberry sauce (SO GOOD!), a chocolate hazelnut cake, and I honestly don't know what the crustada was (maybe pear?) because I knew I was getting the creme brûlée.

I think those are the only dessert options offered on the regular menu, as well.

Unfortunately no. It's been gone for years.
