BLT - When are MFs due?

Ok - can't find this in my paperwork and my guide is off for the night...

We are April use year for our BLT add-on. When are MFs due and how much? I *thought* my guide said for next year they won't be due until Sept - and it will only be for Sept. 09 - April 10 (so roughly 60% - 7 months) worth.

Is that correct - or do we owe 100% of MF for 2009 regardless of when our use year is???

Since the BLT points are not valid until September 1, 2009 dues will be prorated from that date or later if your Use Year is October or December. With dues of $3.69, BLT owners will owe about $0.92 cents per point on your 2009 dues.

BLT members will owe a full year of fees for 2010 in January, 2010. Dues are NOT based on Use Year - they are based on calendar year.

have not done the details - but since you use year is April and Sept is the first year with building opening. So assuming the first month with points.

will you even get points until 2010?

didn't think DVC could charge us MF until the points were received?

We have a March UY and we are getting 2009 BLT points.

Same Guide and Same UY. When we saw Maribella last month I mentioned a Mike in NC added on 200 points. She was able to recall your last name and how many points you have now.
