BLT walkway bridge is now open

We are here at BLT now and just wanted to let everyone know that they finished the resurfacing of the walkway and the bridge was reopened today!

It's a nice, fine, pebbly surface. Not slippery at all. Big improvement.

Apparently not. We have been using the walkway for the past 3 days now and not once have we had to use our KTTW card. The door either was already open when we approached the walkway from CR, or we just hit the Handicapped button on the wall or the sensors even open the door as you approach.
