BLT Theme Park Studio, Dec 27-Jan 2!???

Hey DISers! I'm a BLT owner who was a bit slow off the mark booking a stay for the Christmas/New Years period. I waitlisted this stay around the 8 month mark, at the end of April.

Anyone want to hazard a guess on the chances of it being fulfilled?? Should I have a Plan B?

The biggest challenge is New Year's Eve. Out of all 365 nights, that's the night that always sells out first.

I'd keep the waitlists - you got on before the 7 month window opens, so that's good. But I'd also make a back up reservation somewhere at 7 months assuming there is availability.

Then I'd keep checking the website and book any nights I happen to find open. As I book nights, I'd change the waitlist.

FWIW, I doubt a TPV studio is likely to come through for you. Consider waitlisting Lake View instead. The room most likely to become available would be a 1 bedroom Lake View.

I'd have a plan B and as suggested, I'd go with LV as a back up. The other option is to keep an eye on the website and if you see a day or so open up, I might grab it. Then adjust the wait list.
