BLT studio redo?

A couple months ago I read that the studios at Bay Lake Towers were going to undergo some changes. The article stated that the sink was going to be moved into the bathroom and some other additional small changes. They were suppose to start relatively soon after the article was written and I read that article at least two months ago. Does anyone have any current information on this project (if it is even valid)?
