BLT studio:have a full kitchen? have washer/dryer?

No, the studios only have a kitchenette and there is no washer/dryer in the unit......

And the kitchenette is right across from the bathroom sink. You could be making breakfast back to back with someone shaving or brushing their teeth. Very strange setup.

FYI - all DVC proprieties have a full kitchen and W&D in the one bedrooms and above.

to get a full kitchen with washer/dryer you need a 1-bedroom and up

I actually like the arrangement. We stayed in a studio last week, and we hated that the kitchenette was in the walkway. Very annoying and made the room more messy. I think the new arrangement gives the room a much cleaner look.

FYI - We usually brush after eating, so its a non-factor for us.

I'm thinking with the compact design, the laundry room for the studios could actually be more convenient. Of course, we don't have this information yet.

I'm also concerned about the kitchenette set up in the studio. I hope that the floor space is far enough away that the two areas don't seem right on top of each other.

we've been in the BLT Studio model at the SSR Sales Center area.
there is no washer/dryer and the two sinks (bathrm & kitchenette) are very close together.
