BLT refurb?

They committed to nothing in 2022 save VWL at the condo meeting. The last real discussion was at the 2020 meeting, which said 2022 would be VWL, HHI and BCV.

The last BLT refurb was in 2016 which would slot them to 2023 at the earliest. So not overdue, given the 7 year schedule.

I was checking for availability at BLT and there was an advisory regarding refurbishment: "As our Guest room refurbishments continue, you may see or hear construction during daytime hours. All resort amenities will remain available for your enjoyment."
Are they talking about the refurbishments at the contemporary and not BLT, right? Couldn't find any news regarding BLT refurbishment for this year...

I really hoped they would make the decision to expand that into BLT2… but I guess it will just be Incredibles re-theme.
Didn’t they have some work done to the BLT pool area recently?

For real …how many times have they mis-treated VWL/BRV …and gotten away with it?
Still don’t understand how Copper Creek addition is a different “resort” but the Pine Key at VGF isn’t…and the Jambo and the Kidani and the Treehouses at Saratoga Springs….

They chose to make Copper Creek it’s own condo association instead of an addition to BRV.

With VGF, they chose to add it to the same condo association vs creating a new one like they did with Cooper Creek.

Same with AKV and the treehouses…DVD choose to not make them a different condo association.

My feeling is they did it with CCV so they could sell it as a brand new 50 year, knowing BRV will be one of the first ones expiring.

You didn't get the memo? BRV was done. You just need a new lightning pass to have priority access to book it. That is of course if you made an advance reservation to get in line for the lottery for the opportunity to buy the pass. Unfortunately that is temporarily suspended.
