I received a letter from dvc about the refurb. my question is how much is done and where did they start top or bottom

I know in June they had not done the top two floors and possibly even 14th. We were in refurbished rooms, a 2BR and a separate studio both on the 9th floor. They were working on the 8th floor that week. They sometimes would work on half of a floor while booking guests at the other end I think that was going on with the 9th and 10th floors.

I have not heard any recent reports.
