BLT Purchase with Referral Question

Hi Everyone!
I am currently in talks with my DVC representative for purchasing 130 points at BLT. Right now I am being told the price per point is $160-$10 credit per point. I may have a referral...would the referral get me a lower price per point? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

As fas as I know, there is presently no discount for a referral from a current member.

Pricing for BLT is $160 per point with a $10 promotional discount for purchases of 100 or more points.

Over the years, there have been periods where there were referral discounts available for new purchases. These were usually called "Friends and Family" discounts. I am not aware of any current similar program right now.

It can't hurt to ask your guide if there is any benefit to have referral from an existing member. In the past, if you were already in the system from any prior contact with DVC, you were ineligible for the referral discount.
