BLT Preferred View vs Resort View

Hi Everyone! I am booking BLT and am now confused with the "Preferred" view vs the "Resort" view. Does anyone know the difference? I have been looking, but since they were just updated I haven't come up with any results. Will a resort view be the parking lot?

Preferred was until recently known as Lake View, and Resort was previously known as Standard View. https://touringplans.com/ is a great resource to view the different view categories. Some "resort" views have partial lake views, I believe.

That makes sense! Thank you! My kids enjoy the views more than me, but we are barely in the room so trying to decide if "preferred" is really worth the additional points.

I'm the same way about the extra point. From the lake/"preferred" view you should be able to see the electric water pageant from your room, which could be super fun!
