Since BTL does not have it's own front desk, you would want to call the Contemporary's front desk at 407-824-1000.

All Disney resort phone numbers are answered in a call center. They will give the impression that they are the front desk. If the agent feels that your call can be only handled by the Cast Member at the resort, they will transfer your call.
