Would you book SSR preferred or BLT for an adults only trip. It’ll be my husband and I and my best friend all mid 20s. My friend isn’t a huge Disney person so we plan on only doing one or two park days and two resort days.

First question: studio or 1 bedroom? If studio then do SSR, but if 1 bedroom then either are good.

If you want easy access to Disney Springs, I'd go with SSR preferred. If you want access to MK and the monorail resorts, I'd do BLT. Either way, you'll have a good room and have fun.

Studio! I was thinking BLT might be a bit small and hard to get to DS and Epcot at night!

I would only book BLT if access to MK or the monorail loop is high on your list.

SSR's access to Disney Springs is great for an adult only trip IMO so that is where I would recommend. Also could consider Old Key West near hospitality house for the larger studio rooms and boat service to Disney Springs.

For your group, I would book SSR. I love BLT but mostly for the views and proximity to MK. If your friend isn't a big Disney fan they may not prioritize the view or proximity.

Also, SSR has nicer rooms in my experience and the proximity to Disney Springs is also very nice.

BLT studios are too small for 3 people unless one is a younger child IMO. The one-bedroom units have an extra full bathroom, which can be a great timesaver.

SSR is within walking distance of DS, nice for those who aren’t into the parks, but may enjoy shopping and great eateries (or just great people-watching!). Rooms have been recently renovated there as well.

I own at BLT and late. Also late 20s. SSR for sure without a doubt especially with a mixed party and light park trip. Just visit the loop to hangout if need be.

I love BLT, but their studios are very small… it is super nice to be on the monorail for getting to Epcot, but since you’ve got more down days, I agree with the others that SSR is the way to go. However, with 3 adults (not all related), I’d consider a studio that has 2 parts to the bathroom (RIV, POLY, or VGF) if you can swing the extra points cost 😉
