BLT lake view and electric light pageant

In August does the electric light pageant happen every night? What time does it start and if you are staying in a lake view room at BLT is there much noise from this? Thanks for any help!

It happened everynight we were there a couple of weeks ago. If your balcony door is closed you can hear the music slightly but not enough to bother or interfer with sleeping. Also you can't see the pageant from all the lake view rooms.

it starts at 10:05 every night - goes for around 10 minutes

I'm looking forward to seeing the electric light pageant, but I'm not sure I'll be in my room at 10:00 PM. I may be returning from the parks or shopping.

It depends on what side of BLT you are on. We have had Lake View rooms twice, and haven't been able to see the water pageant once. We were on the side that is closer to the Contemporary Hotel, (the inner side of BLT facing the pool) so we were facing away from where the pageant technically begins. They don't start the music and lights until they are in front of the Contemporary, not BLT.

You can of course walk down the hallway and watch, which is what we did.

The upside of this, however...is that if you have a lake view on an upper floor where we were...you can see the high fireworks from Wishes every night.

BLT is my favorite resort. Have a magical stay!

We were there in October and it came by every night, so I am assuming it comes by every night in August. I LOVED watching it!! As quirky as it is, I looked forward to it every night. You can definitely hear it inside (even with the doors shut), but it never woke up my three little ones who were fast asleep from all of their park adventures.

I booked BLT LV in part because I remember the electric light pageant as one of the things that stood out in my mind from my last trip in 1991 ...

What is the best request to put in to hope that we could see it from our room? I'm less concerned about seeing Wishes since I'm hoping we'll get to book a boat for either that or Illuminations.;

Can you see it from the tower where you watch the fireworks? I think it May it said the fireworks were at 10 and we def want to be there to see them but would like to see the pageant too?

I think so - just go to the side (if you can) nearest the CR.

you can see the fireworks from Epcot on the other side from wishes.

would really go up to TOW for wishes!
