My understanding is that the inner circle rooms are slightly smaller than the outer circle rooms due to the curve of the building...that the window/balcony area is smaller...is that right? I am also wondering if the rooms in the middle of the inner curve smaller are smaller than the rooms at the end of the hallway/at the end of the curve. For example...is room 25 in the middle of the curve smaller than room room 37 that is closer to the end of the curve? I hope this makes sense? Thanks!!

I looked at this when the plans came out and they appear to be very close to the same size, the layout just fits into the "piece of pie" differently (less balcony area).

Except for the balconies, all of the villas on the inner part of BLT's crescent have about the same square footage. The villas in the middle of the crescent (villas #xx21, xx23, xx25, and xx27) appear to have irregularly shaped balconies, while the villas on the ends of the crescent (such as villas #xx35 and xx37) appear to have rectangular-shaped balconies.

Here is the floor plan for villas 8121, 8123, 8125, and 8127, which are located on the 11th floor in the middle of BLT's crescent. Note the irregular shape of the balconies for these villas. On the floor plan, these villas are labeled as part on Unit 68C. The floor plan also shows villas that comprise Units 68A and 68B. These villas are MK View villas that are on the outer part of BLT's crescent.

Here is the floor plan for villas 8135 and 8137, which are located on the 11th floor at the southern part of BLT's crescent. Note that the balconies are rectangular in shape. On the floor plan, these villas are labeled as Unit 70C. The floor plan also shows villas that comprise Units 70A and 70B. These are Lake View villas that face Bay Lake and the Contemporary Resort.
