BLT - hard wired ethernet?

Do the rooms at Bay Lake Towers have hard wired Ethernet ports? Or is it wireless access only?

Wireless only at all the WDW resorts. When they implemented that they discontinued the connection to the wired ports although in many cases the wall ports are still there - just inactive.
