BLT dues question.

Could someone please review the available information about the BLT dues? What is the cost per point for dues at BLT? When do we begin paying dues if we buy now? Thanks.

$3.67 per point.

Dues start on your unit's occupancy date (9/1/09)

And if I'm not mistaken... the dues for 2009 are prorated, so you only have to pay about 1/3 of the dues in 2009, but you get all of 2009 points. That's a huge discount. At least that's how my guide explained it. That's almost like free points! Except they have my money for a year before they even open.

Now I am not 100% sure if I hear my guide correctly but when I just added on I was told that I would pay only the few months from sept in due but it will be due at the first of the year in 2009. No billing in Sept. Either way doesn't make that much difference but if we do get billed in Jan 2009 it may be a surprise to some.

We just signed a couple weeks ago and my guide said the sept 2009 dues would be about 200 (that is for 160 points) and 588.00 in feb 2010
