BLT/Contemporary Cabana questions

Is the Contemporary renting pool cabanas out right now? From what I can find it doesn't look like there are any at BLT. It looks like they are $265 and only the full day is available right now. Is there a DVC discount? Lastly, is there an attendant for food orders?
