Yes it has been reported here on BLT thread ( by Tara ). Also on allears.net check out Jack Spence's blog, he has info on it and some photos.

Yes, they have DVD's but the selection right now is limited but will get better as time goes by.

They have a foosball table, a WII and some play stations set up as well as activities that are scheduled. It is on the first floor.
