BLT Closing Costs?

Are there any closing costs involved with an add on? Example, if I bought 65 points @ $112 for a total of $7280, is that the final cost? Are there any clsoing costs, hidden fees, or any other expenses involved?

I believe that Disney picks up the closing costs on add ons!

That would be great! I think we may only want enough points for two nights in a standard room because if I'm only staying two nights, I would want to be in the park to watch the fireworks. So I guess 50 points will do. (The 65 was for two nights in the MKV during adventure season.)

Since you can't stay before September 09, how soon is closing? I assume that's when they would need the full amount. How much do you have to send them as a deposit up front?

Downpayment is 10%. DVC is offering financing (50 points or more) at 10.9% for up to 10 years or 4.9% financing for 1 year with a 50% downpayment. No closing costs for add-ons.

Closing might be the same as your Use Year even though the points cannot be used prior to September 1, 2009. You may want to verify the actual closing date with your guide.
