BLT Booking Question

During the intial booking period for BLT, March 1 thru March 15, are owners allowed to use points from other contracts or can they only use the points they own at BLT to book rooms there. Wondering what others have experienced at previous openings like this?

I would assume that you could only use your BLT points during that period. Then, when the window opens for non-BLT owners you could use your non-BLT points.
