We are staying at BLT for 8 nights in May and can't wait! But we were thinking of spending one day at Sea World. We are not renting a car - we do Magical Express. Is there an easy way to get from BLT to Sea World? We have never left Disney before - we usually spend all our time in the parks.
Thanks for any advice.:surfweb:

We have taken two trips which we went off site for just one day. (one time to Seaworld and one time to Universal). In both cases we took a Taxi. It costs about $60 round trip but it is the fastest / least hassle way IMHO.

WHy not look into renting a car from the Car Care Center for a day? I bet it would less than $60 and you could make any other necessary stops.

A standard, automatic 4 door car thru National at the Car Care Center is only $45 for the day all inclusive of taxes. That way you can be on your own time table and make any other necessary stops you need.

Hope that helps.

You would still have to pay to park and buy gas.

Good point. That would bring you equal to the price of the taxi instead of cheaper. You could still have your own timetable and make an extra stop if need be.

We did the Lynx and it was very easy. Take it from the TTC. I think it was under $2 each way for adults and the kids were free :goodvibes

Last March I took a cab from the Beach Club to Sea World, at 8:30 in the morning. It was a fifteen minute ride to get there. Cost was $23.65 (plus tip). I didn't make a note of how much the return trip cost at the end of the day, but it would have been similar.
