BLT: Additional DVC Evidence

Don't know if this has been reported already. There are some license applications with the Fl Dept of Business and Professional Regulation to operate at the new Bay Lake Tower (a) Cove Bar (possibly a pool bar), (b) Top of the World Lounge (looks like a restaurant and is the old name for the lounge that was at the top of the Contemporary), and (c) Bay Lake Tower Finish Kitchen (possibly not its intended name, a finish kitchen is one that takes prepared food from another kitchen and warms it for serving). The party seeking the licenses is Disney Vacation Club Management Corp, the DVC company that manages all the DVC resorts.

Well, when we were at WDW buying at AKV at the very end of June, we were told that it's a "parking garage." Teehee.

Really, the building is clearly going up, people are going to ask. It's not too big a secret what's going on. But yeah, I understand the legality of not spilling the news yet.

Just wanted to let you know a friend works there and she confirmed to me that it is a dvc!!! they are told to keep their mouths shut though.
